Week 1-2 — template measurement once you approve the proposal. Week 2-4 — slab selection at supplier yard, fabrication in our shop (cutting, edge profiling, sink cutouts). Week 4-5 — on-site installation (1-2 days). Installation itself is same-day for most kitchens — demolition of old counters in the morning, new quartz installed in the afternoon, silicone cure overnight, fully usable within 24 hours. We coordinate plumbing disconnect/reconnect for sinks and can install the new sink and faucet as part of the project.
