We guarantee our work for 5 full years. If any issue arises from our installation or craftsmanship, we'll fix it at no cost to you.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

Assessment
We'll schedule a visit to assess the issue and determine the best solution.
Resolution
We'll repair or replace at no cost if covered under warranty. Most issues resolved within 1-2 weeks.
What's Not Covered
For complete transparency, here are the standard exclusions from our warranty coverage:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from misuse, abuse, or accidents
- Damage from natural disasters or acts of God
- Modifications made by others after project completion
- Failure to follow care and maintenance instructions
- Issues caused by settling of the structure
Protecting Your Investment
Proper care extends the life of your remodeled space. Here are our recommendations:
Kitchen Care
- Clean countertops with appropriate cleaners for the material
- Wipe up spills promptly, especially on natural stone
- Use cutting boards and trivets to protect surfaces
- Clean cabinet faces with mild soap and soft cloth
Bathroom Care
- Run exhaust fan during and after showers
- Wipe down glass shower doors after each use
- Reseal grout every 1-2 years
- Check caulking annually and recaulk if needed
